When I dropped by to visit my sister, Julie, yesterday evening, she had supper all ready for us to eat. Tuna Jackstraw! This tasty dish from our childhood is so easy and quick to fix. Here's the recipe.
1 can Tuna, drained
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 small can LeSeur peas, with liquid
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 4-ounce can shoestring potatoes
In a small skillet stir together all ingredients but shoestrings until heated through. Place each serving on a bed of shoestring potatoes.
How easy is that?!
